SENIOR ESTIMATOR FOR COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION
A leading high-quality Commercial/Industrial Contractor based in Fairfield County, CT seeks a Senior Estimator with extensive experience (at least 7-10 years) in all phases of Construction Estimating. Projects range from $10 million to $200 million. A strong working knowledge of all project phases including conceptual and schematic drawings to a detailed final bid estimate is required. The Candidate must also have the capability to develop, evaluate, compile and present scope of work and cost data for construction bids. Also, he/she is responsible for co-ordination of the bidding process including evaluations and final bid submittal, and reviewing the pre-qualification background of sub-contractors bidding on specified projects.
