LEED AP BD+C/SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER
A leading Contractor based in Fairfield County, CT is seeking a LEED AP BD+C with experience in collaborative design projects in health care, mixed use, higher education and commercial markets. Must have minimum of 5 years’ experience with green building principles and practices, sustainable design means and methods, versed in LEED Online, LEED documentation compliance and certification process for LEED 2009, v 4. The Candidate is responsible for providing feasibility analysis on specifications, material case studies, develop and maintain waste management and cost material calculations for efficient tracking, review and process LEED submittals, product research and evaluation, LEEDeducate subcontractors. The candidate is also responsible for processing certified payroll reports, insurance updates, assisting with the subcontractor procurement process, process submittals and perform general contract administration duties.
Education must include United States Green Building Council (USGBC)-LEED Accredited Professional Building Design and Construction.
