PROJECT ENGINEER AND ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
General Contractor based in Fairfield County, CT is seeking a Construction Project Engineer/Asst. Project Manager. The candidate must have at least 10 years’ experience in industrial/commercial field operations. Must have working knowledge of project specs, project designs, technical studies/cost estimates for projects up to $100M+. Must be able to maintain project data and scheduling, as well as co-ordinating effectively with other team members and sub-contractors. Candidate must be able to analyze plans/review the financial projections for the job so that they are accurate/create project schedules so that the job is done satisfactorily & on-time. Knowledge of all phases of general construction from estimating, planning to completion as well as being proficient in scheduling, expediting, correspondence and coordination of all work aspects including RFI’s, submittals and change orders. Candidate must also possess a Degree in Engineering.
