Amsterdam at Harborside was a $135M senior living community, for which Worth performed pre-construction services under a construction management contract. These services included preparation of the project estimate, bid and project schedules, value engineering, detailed document and constructability reviews while generating over 500 RFIs for the design team incorporation into bid document. This project was new construction of a 9 story building with a total floor area of 500,000 square feet.
