Project Description: Classroom, nursing school, library, café 3-story 90,000SF building built atop a 345,000SF subterranean reinforced cast-in-place concrete parking garage. Garage roof was designed and constructed as a “Green” roof with a courtyard plaza with gardens and walkways using high technology waterproofing system. LEED Gold Certification achievement.
