Inter-District Wintergreen Magnet Elementary School
Project Description: Worth performed construction management services for the addition to and renovation of Wintergreen Inter-district Magnet School. These services included meetings with the design team to incorporate the expectations of the owner into the facility ensuring the project would be completed within the time allowed and within the budget. These services were then expanded into the competitive bidding phase which included working with the owners purchasing department to issue bid documents, perform pre-bid walkthroughs and to review and approve the qualifications of the lowest bidders. During the construction phase, Worth then worked with the school staff and the contractors to allow construction to continue within the existing building with no interruptions of classes while the school was in session.
