Project Description:
Hamilton Avenue Elementary School – Addition & Renovation
New Construction of 3 story 60,000SF K-5 building additions and renovation of 15,500SF historic school building on same site while occupied. New masonry building has glass curtain wall and roof daylight monitors; old building underwent full refurbishment and replacement of all MEP systems. Project attained LEED Silver Certification.
