Delaware Aqueduct Tap – Water Treatment Plant

Project Description: Demolition, sandblasting, and cleaning of the existing 60'-0" water tower. Installation of new interior water distribution systems, repaint and disinfection of entire structure. Clearing, and re-grading of 3 acres of wooded/wetlands, property; installation of a new storm water retention basins, and complimentary underground storm water diversions systems. Also scope included the following: excavate, place concrete for, and erect new domestic water filter building to house new water distribution filtration & chemical treatment systems. Demolish interior of the existing Delaware Aqueduct Tap water pump building. Install new water pumps, piping, roofing, and misc. water distribution piping and BMS controls at same station. Connect existing DAT pump station to new filtration building with new process piping throughout; install new clarifier concrete structures, equalization tank, waste holding tank, and all associated equipment/controls.
