Worth Construction Announces Adoption of Labor Law Compliance Program

Worth Construction, a general contracting and construction management firm with corporate headquarters in Bethel, Connecticut, is pleased to announce the adoption of “Wage and Hour Labor Law Compliance Program” that ensures that all Worth Construction and Subcontractors' workers employed on all Worth Prevailing Wage Covered, Davis Bacon Act, Davis Bacon Related Acts and Federally Assisted projects are paid the mandated wages and overtime required under federal and state law.

This program will help each Worth employee and manager, as well as each Sub Contractor on a Worth Construction project to know and understand all that is required of the Company under the applicable agreements and laws, as well as his or her role in this process.
